Physical Products Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Standard Delivery: 10-15 business days
• Express Delivery: 4-7 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹5000
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location
• Track your order using the tracking number

International Shipping

• Not Available.

Digital Products Delivery Policy

Ebooks and Downloadable Content

• Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation
• Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase date
• Maximum of 3 download attempts per purchase
• Access to your digital library through your RSYN RESEARCH account
• PDF format compatible with all standard devices

Return Policy for Physical Products

Books and Journals

• 14-day return window from delivery date
• Product must be unopened and in original condition
• Return shipping costs borne by the customer unless the item is defective
• Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
• Replacement available for damaged or defective items

Conditions for Returns

1. Items must be returned in original packaging
2. All accompanying materials must be included
3. Return authorization number required (obtainable from customer service)
4. Clear photos of damaged items required for defective claims
5. Original order number must be provided
6. Coast of postage/delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Ebooks and Digital Content

• 15-day refund window from purchase date
• Refund only available if content has not been downloaded
• No refunds on partially downloaded or accessed content
• System logs will be checked to verify download status
• Refund processed to original payment method within 7 business days

Special Cases for Digital Content

• Technical issues preventing download: Extended support provided
• Compatibility issues: Format conversion assistance available
• Corrupt files: Immediate replacement provided
• Wrong purchase: One-time exchange for correct title If The Correct Title Has A Higher Price The Customer Must Pay The Price Difference. No Refund Will Be Provided If The Correct Title Has A Lower Price

Cancellation Policy

Physical Products

• Orders can be canceled before shipping.
• Full refund for canceled orders, A processing fee (10%) may be deducted.
• Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of order placement

Digital Products

• Cancellation is only available before download initiation (i.e. if download link is generated or delivered, no cancellation is possible)
• Refund for canceled digital orders - 7 working days after approval.
• No cancellation after download link activation
